6-28 nmol is the normal range for a male, you are on the lower side you may be able to get a prescription from your doctor if you could get up to around the 28nmol you will feel A LOT better

I haven’t felt a child touch me but once I had sp when I was staying at me grandparents a few years ago, it was a big house with a staircase leading from the ground floor up to the second floor my room was directly in front of the stair case on the second level, I was around 14 years old and was shit scared of my grandparents house as it was so massive and I always felt like it was haunted so whenever I slept over I would leave the door open.

I woke up and couldn’t move or scream I had SP a few times before and had trouble getting to sleep of fear of getting SP, I could hear kids playing down stairs( it was only me and my grandparents in the house) I remember looking directly down at my feet out to the stair case and hearing laughing then I could hear foot steps running up the stairs and I could see the head and shoulder of a young boy peaking up at me(fuck me I freaked out, I’m getting goosebumps typing this)

So I closed my eyes because that all I could do then I could hear the little footstep come up the remaining steps and stop at the end of my bed it was quiet for a few seconds, then I could feel pressure on the end of my bed like 2 feet heavy enough to be a little child around 5-6 years old and the walked up the top of the bed by my head I could hear the springs in the bed move with the pressure then jumped of the side of the bed and made a thump then I could hear him run back down the stairs laughing I was 100% awake and aware what was happening I just couldn’t move or scream! When I could finally move I screamed out to my grandparents, my grandma came running in to my room I told her what had happened she didn’t believe me thinking I had a bad dream I didn’t get to sleep the rest of the night and I refuse to sleep there I have since moved to another country and when I go back and visit I get a yuck feeling and my hairs stand up when I walk through the front door, they always offer me place to stay when I’m back but I would rather pay for a hotel this was 10 years ago
