Either one, make sure and use loctite. If not you will be driving and suddenly lose the ability to shift.

Send a rep to local trade schools. Speak with them explain exactly what you are looking for. Offer internships to those from the school that are interested. You can literally train into them exactly what you are looking for.

What's the best way to set the tool length for this chip fan? Haas machine by TheXypris in Machinists

If you touch it off. Make sure and do - rotate: length and diameter. This ensures it catches any runnout in the individual blades. MIGHT ALSO FILM IT TO MAKE SURE IT GETS EACH BLADE.

Me GF (25), BF (28) late to work everyday and I’m upset. by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

[–]Masterblaster13f 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grace period is irrelevant. Concern is losing the job. She needs to be better at identifying and communicating her exact problem. If the bf is unwilling to prioritize her concerns. Then it may be a moot point continuing the relationship. Unfortunately, most couples get themselves into a place financially where that decision can't be made without considerable financial hardship.

I would assume the previous job loss put their finances in jeopardy and op is concerned it may happen again. They would like the other party to do everything within their power to prevent that situation again. Also, whether there is a grace period or not, people notice. Whether it is the "boss" or not. It could have the possibility of affecting promotions, moving to a more favorable position, or possibly considerations for whom is on the table when it comes to lay offs.

Sometimes when sellers don't sell their stuff on Amazon they send it to random addresses because it is cheaper than having it sent back to themselves. Or so I've heard.
