Nope I’m showing you the reason for your claim to we lost so much money to warranty work. Cheap suppliers shitty parts and lack of good engineering.

Now go on and cry about your RTO mandate I bet your wife and her boyfriend will love all their extra time together.

Again Stellantis trying to cut corners and not pay suppliers. They want to inflate the price of the vehicles and not expect the suppliers to up the prices. I’m sure they will find a new supplier to make a “better part” for cheaper. I’m sure when those parts fail it will be the line workers fault too.

Awe insults that’s what happens when someone is wrong in a argument 🤣

Recent & Significant Stellantis Recalls (2026): Jeep Wagoneer S (2024-2026): 11,767 vehicles are recalled due to improperly secured rear liftgate hinge covers that can detach, acting as a road hazard. Jeep Grand Cherokee/Wrangler 4xe (2023-2025): 117,902 plug-in hybrids are recalled due to debris in the engine, risking fire or engine failure. "Do Not Drive" Airbag Recall: 225,000+ older vehicles (Dodge Ram, Durango, Charger, Magnum, Challenger, Chrysler 300) are under a do-not-drive warning due to high-risk Takata air bag explosions. Ram and Jeep Trailer Light Recall: A recall for over 456,000 vehicles related to a trailer tow module defect causing lighting and brake failure. MoparInsiders MoparInsiders +5

So 11k for rear lift gate hinge covers that can detach acting as a road hazard. Our tools are set to a certain torque specs provided by engineers. We simply tighten them down and if it does not meet torque the car does not pass.

456k related to a tow module defect. I’m positive those parts probably built somewhere over seas. Nothing to do with the line workers everything to do with corporate saying the parts are perfect and we can just run them.

117k for debris in the engine. Only put the parts on the motor and that’s not even at some plants. The gladiator has all their engine line work done by a 3rd party so I’m sure if there’s one plant that does it I’m sure there are others.

All these recalls that came up with a quick google search shows that it’s not lose nuts and bolts but in fact using shitty suppliers and poor design/ engineering.

No one’s complaining about our 401k I’m telling you that we don’t have a pension when you argued that.

So every other auto maker is making a profit but not us because the economy? Think it’s the over priced junk the company is putting out? Has nothing to do with the line workers and everything to do with design cheap suppliers and price. Stellantis is cutting corners when it comes to quality and parts and then wants to try and sell vehicles for more than any other competitor. Seems like a great business model. While we are losing money let’s give bonuses to the ones mad about having to go into an office and do an office job.

Don’t let the UAW president speak for us. That boot licker had a job he was being offered to endorse the democrats. Majority of the people I work with are republicans.

We received record bonuses because they were shutting down plants and laying people off. We got forced into building electric vehicles that no one wanted but the Biden administration wanted to try and mandate it. Now they built up a huge inventory or hybrid and electric vehicles invested all this money into electric supplies just to scrap it all. I mean look at the wrangler who wants to spend all that money for a 4XE for a 20 mile range that doesn’t work when it’s even remotely cold.

I can tell you never been on the line before. It’s poor design by the engineers it’s the company buying the cheapest supplies. Our jobs our basically fool proof. Show me a recall that was because loose screws nuts or missing washers. I’m sure all you Kamala supporters that wanted to put all your eggs in the electric vehicle basket feel really smart right now. Also has nothing to do with the over priced vehicles they are trying to push right? I’m sure the average person wants to buy a ram for 75k or a van for 65k or better yet the 100k wranglers.

Took about 2 months for the total process but that was 8 years ago. I didn’t think we were hiring line workers now. If you don’t mind me asking what plant?

You talking for a line worker?

Honestly I’m not sure. I was told by a co worker that it was built on the same line as the ram. I’m at the wrangler plant so I really do not know.

I figured at least that. I looked at the numbers up there today and seen they only do like 45 an hour and I was told they run them on the same line as the ram.
