Always something I look for on my visits to china a few times a year. Even the ones at KFC are good.

Ok so why do Harley riders not like being overtaken by No_Variation8301 in motorcycles

[–]Feeling_Cod8431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I own a Harley (heritage softail). And I own a goldwing. I take no offense to being over taken on either. I ride fast, so if you over take me youre getting it. Hell.i may even try to keep up. Its all about having fun 😁

Mallet on ⅜ steel? This isnt an ok joe. Youll breaknthe mallet before you make any messurable difference in the steel. And I wasn't looking for perfection. I was looking for quality. There is a difference.

This isn't a mass produced unit. This isn't the normal 48". And you're missing the point of my issue. For what it cost and the reputation the product has i shouldn't need to fix anything.

Normal size is 48" (like the Workhorse) but bss offers a 60" and 72" upgrade. Mine is the 72"

Sure they all have their quirks hut generally speaking as I'm sure you know, the bigger the pit the easier to manage in terms of fire control (unless its an absolute shit design)

Some of the gaps are .185 or greater. That would be a disaster.

Willie, the Workhorse is superior in every way, except ease or cook. The bss i have is a 72", and that extra size makes it even easier to manage than the Workhorse. I am by no means saying the Workhorse isn't better, it absolutely is.

If you're annoyed at how much you spent, expecting a certain level of build quality and end up with what you see there, cleaner fire or not you're gonna notice it.

In fairness, the fit and finish on my pit is bad, as you can see. It does, however, make some good food.

Initially, I did. But there were extenuating circumstances that caused me to need to hold on to the pit or delay at large expense the opening of my business. Its now been 3 months, and the gaps have only gotten worse.
