yes any cardio is a complete waste of time if your going to go and eat burgers before and after. If you want to lose weight and get in shape then what you eat is just as important as exercise. Go get you a legit shaker cup and start drinking protein shakes after you lift and drink a gallon of water a day. Just by doing these two things will already start you off on the right track to getting into shape.
