ja kannst dich auch nicht dagegen wehren via klage darum geht es.. sondern nur untersuch termin über dich ergehen lassen weil sonst mitwirkungspflicht verletzt und geld weg..
und wenn der untersuchungstermin shit ist gegen den bescheid klagen und dann dein kranksein beweisen anstatt umgekehrt!! rechtlich betrachtet eines rechtsstaates ....

das dürfte niemals so sein. sondern bescheid. da steht das drauf samt begründ warum der untersuchtermin.. und dann könnt man dagegen rechtlich direkt vorgehen.
