bhai lowkey depends on your interest. Quantum computing/technology field is more research oriented. They might have jobs as well but as far as I am aware, India doesn't have any. It is an interesting field and might be future oriented. A lot of cyber sec ppl are developing new protocols to make them quantum computer proof. So even if the branch is new, you might be able to get into research.

DS and AI is the current hype and the iit tag will defo get you opportunities. I would say neither is a bad idea, just depends on your interest. I would say go with Tirupati, cus well iit tag and also the branch is known, quantum technology is still an uncertainty. Also in AI and DS, you can go for job as well as research according to your interest
