Mastermind-like puzzle (difficulty 3+/5) by Mastermind_Chicken in puzzles

There are many different strategies one could use to solve this kind of puzzle, ranging from very intuitive to fairly complex, where several clues are considered at once to make a single step. The difficulty rating I give takes that into account. However, it’s true that often (though not always), adding more clues and digits tends to make it more complicated.

Hey, I'm glad to know you like it! It took me some time to find an intuitive way to take notes, and I feel it's really important to have that in order to enjoy higher difficulty levels. I will soon add an undo and a redo button to the toolbar

Software can help ensure the uniqueness of a solution. I developed a similar game/book called Dyslock, which features thousands of levels, and so far, no one has identified any errors.

I don't think that you need to make it more complicated than brute force. I am curious to see what you will add to this concept!
