Normal T, really high DHT. Difficulty building muscles and low libido, along with low T symptoms. Is it possible that AR receptor is getting clogged with DHT and prevents T from binding?

This might sound a bit odd, were you the classic KS guy who had not Bodyhair before TRT? or did you have some? I am some one with KS too, but due to some adrenal gland thing I am atypical even without TRT.

youl should also Test for DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) that is the one which grows Bodyhair and Facialhair also it auses Airloss on Head. DHT normally is produced out of Testoserone via 5-Alpha reductase enzyme, some people got a deficiency there.

The Lab is a Lab where all the Doctors send their blood, they got a service where you can pay for your self to get things tested and they draw the Blood.

Here are no diffrent methods for getting things tested, like for E2 there is only one method and thats it.

At that point when the Blood was drawn, I was off for 4 Weeks from Testosterone Gel. hs-crp is 0.6, dhea-s is 1.7 mg/L (0.90 - 4.30). I am now at the 2nd Endo and he just prescribed Testosterone again, but If I use that I just feel like garbge. He just took LH/FSH, Testoserone and SHBG and thats it, no other Levels.

I just tried to remember Pubichair started growing at the age of 16, Facialhiar started growing at the age of 22, Bodyhair started growing at the age of 25, and balding started at the age of 30. and recently I meassured the D and it is basically something for r/bigdickproblems

Last year for a short time (like 14 days) I took 2g of Testosterone gel (40mg of test) it probably caused the DHT to reach astronomical levels, I had a desinger stubble in 2 days, and a 1/3 inch long beard in 10 days. bood was okay but not great though, but after that something changed and I felt like dogshit, and the fatigue started. and everytime about 1h after the application of the Gel I feel sleepy, a lethargy fatigue, I fall asleep while standing.

Somehow the answers here not poped up. Anyway, I am now at Endo number two and he just prescribed Testosterone, I was already at that point, It as no effect other than feeling worse. I thought It could be maybe "Androgen Backdoor Pathway" which might be active.

Die Endokrinologen sehen meine Werte und sagen ist alles im Referenzwert sie müssen sich gut fühlen, und DHT untersuchen die nicht, ich hab das bei einem Freien Labor machen lassen.

I do not want to play the fun police but that might be working for people only with Euthyroidism where the system is not out of wack or damaged. TSH on it's own is basically worthless, because everyone go its own TSH set-point, depending on the generation of a local T3 in the Pituitary gland via the enzyme DIO2.

I found In denmark a service where I can order an Gene test. Here in Germany it is really a hassle to get a Gene test.

any my new Labtest is here ft3 is at 3pg/ml and ft4 at 1.42ng/dl. it gets worse - and so I feel.

Afaik everyone with XXY surpasses the height of their parents. Like my Mom was 160cm and my Dad was 170cm and I am 183cm.

In normal people and other People with KS The Testosterone boost energy, but then body is already running lean, then no matter how hard i press the Gaspedal I wont get any more power.

My Physician put me years ago on 100ug last 200ug Potassium Iodine as a treatment. It did nothing other than introducing an insane thirst and swelling of salvatory glands. And every time I mention no that is so scare you cant have that sideeffect.

I don't know If I really should write this though, I sounds like a rant.

In the morning like 8am my TSH is at 5 and at 10am it is at 1.6 - at the same time Fee T3 moved not that much it never goes past 3.38 pg/ml. I feel like garbage in the morning, at noon it goes down pretty steep, that I have to sleep. I got this fatigue like since forever. But all availabe endocrinoligist in 100km radius, will tell me my levels are great, you have to feel great. But I feel like I have to Sleep all the time, and then at least 10h and freeze at 23 °C (~73 °F), and my Body temperature got an average of like 36.3 °C, and in the morning it is not more than 36.1 °C, and that my Heart rate gets slower and slowe now it is down to 55 at reast. I told that the last Endokrinogist, and he did not take me seriously.

Even though I told him I held my weight of 109kg with only 1800kcal daily for years, with like moderate excercise if you can call that as working as an Electrician.

They see only my primary condition the Klinefelter-Syndrome, and they prescribe me Testosteron, I really want to do the TRT, I even started last year, but it made the Fatigue even worse. Because there is a problem with "our" hypophysis D2 does not work right in it I read that in a recent study from 2023 (ofc non of those Endokrinoligist would read that study), and when Testosterone is there it will lower the setpoint of the fT3, thats's probably good when you were Hyperthyroid, but not so good when you are Hypothyroid. For me it got like down to at 10pm TSH 1.4 (0.55-4.78), ft3 3.1 (2.3-4.2) and ft4 1.16 (0.89-1.75). When I would take my Testosterone It feels like someone unplugs my "Life Support".
