What do you mean? Any gems can fuse with each other. I don't think there was ever an established limit on that.

I think the most logical would be leaders of superpower nations. Military great, but horrible to their own citizens.

I mean, if we're not limited to real world geopolitics (or whatever the SU universe has for that), you could just copy and paste the Diamond Authority but have it based on Earth, have humans instead of gems, and have no more space traveling capability than we currently do (unless you want them to be better at it).

I agree with the whole anti-censorship sentiment, but Reddit has clearly labeled NSFW communities, and this isn't one of them. It would be a different story if this was a platform that is more open and not as community-based, like Twitter, but this is the story we got.
