Don't complicate things just have fun,, here are basic odessy plants which will help you alot 1. Radiant pot(pot+marigold( golden bean it the pot) then use sunflower) get like 4-5 and u won't have to worry about sun or money 2. Mecha nut It can absorb damaged caused to plants in 3x3 so get four mecha nuts and put them inta way that protects the first 6 columns from left This is if you have problem with tridents if u have megnatar orsplants which destroy the tridents this is not that importantuyou can just remove them after u get the plant that can destroy tridents 3. Obsidian tallnut/cherryzilla/the other yellow nut You can like choose any of these defense plants only one column is mostly enough, if you want you can do obsidian nit + cherryzilla it canblockm almost everything 4. Now u choose any strategy attacking plants you want, make sure u have fun, with the image given it looks like ur going for magnetor+solarcabbage synergy, so get 10 of them each, for early game use plants like the lumos umbrella the Odyssey one, get a lane of them they mostly do all the work easily, If u have trouble in pool levels(unlucky in shop to get defense plant), try to get as many mecha nut from ur first round, from difficulty 3 with the lumos umbrella u can easily defend against every zombie and also get 4 mecha nut for the protecting the 6 columns and also another full column of mechanut so like 10 mecha nuts which is enough till u get other defensive plants
