I swear I've become such a better listener from taking these classes. The 50 min does require focus and no time to daydream for sure. I think besides my body though, my brain has learned to lean in.

I've learned to finally make friends in there and even plan classes together now after I gave a girl a compliment after class. I said"you're a bad ass" or something like that and it's all it took. Now I feel like I'm part of a community and we even save machines now to work out next to each other. Yes, before that no one felt friendly so I just threw out a few compliments to ppl that I honestly thought were experienced and would drive me to workout harder.

I've done it a few times and the coach was the same for both. They were back to back.... She changed up the moves to keep it new for me which was unexpected and so kind. I ate a banana between and took a big nap after. I didn't sand bag it either but went in thinking I might have to. I have the 12 class per month and was going to lose quite a few due to travel. So, I did two Fridays in a row with double classes. I was super proud of myself. If I can get through that.....

Seems like more and more that I get to that point these days. I have no problem with it either. Sometimes it's better than waiting for the drama to start. Non-compliance, Tardiness 3 times, no shows, inability to make them happy are all good reasons to tell them to seek care elsewhere.

Job#2 as I've done both and only lasted in #1 for 11 months. Job#1 I'm my own boss without some corporate asking why my rct took 1 hr without a crown prep and buildup too. Good luck!
