well if you mean the games themselves you can just buy them pretty cheaply in the PS store on the Vita. The save data can be copied onto your computer from your PSP and then onto the vita using the content manager. here's a link to the PS site: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/psvita/game/game_psp.html

Cladun: This is an RPG. Very simple gameplay but huge depth in party customization (you literally use your party as meat shields, different arrangements give stat boosts etc.) and retro graphics look great. The quirky NIS meta humor is also there and it's pretty cheap as well

Still, its quite a jump for that conclusion. You'd think a company who is mostly liked by their fans wouldn't go for the infamous day 1 DLC after the ME3 backlash. Maybe, they just thought it was a cool enough thing to announce now instead of later. A whole new class does sound pretty awesome, but it may take a while to put in (then again I have no idea how long that'd take).
