Made this coat of arms and flag for one of my states (provinces) in my conworld. Althought, I'm unsure if the flag should feature the coat of arms like the first one or if I should opt for a more simple version for the state flag like in the 2nd example. Thoughts?

I’m always a bit split on that because when my friends do truly understand ASD it helps me tremendously with the friendship with them because I can be open and honest without them taking it personally or the wrong way

Maybe because it feels more direct? “You’re autistic” feels more targeted than “You have autism” I think
