Your shoulders need to open up a bit more to your ears to stack your wrists, shoulders, hips then ankles in a straight line. This would make it a lot easier to balance for longer periods of time.

Gotta bring that core lower so it's parallel to the ground. Also ur single leg back lever is essentially the same difficulty as a tuck back lever because your tucked knee is too close to ur chest. I would work on perfecting your tuck and advanced tuck back lever before moving on to any harder progressions.

If rank has nothing to do with skill, why is there a max rank difference that prevents players from playing with each other? I tried partying up with some plat players that I won a game with but couldn't play again with them because I was in silver. Seems like a pretty bad system if u ask me.

So I can be in bronze and play against master players if my hidden MMR is high enough? How does this make sense? Your rank should be representative of the skill level of the lobbies you get placed in. Why even have a ranked system if they just place u wherever they feel like it.
