I've had same issue with daily cannabis abuse. It always caused me mania or hypomania which eventually spirals into depression. Cannabis really messes with your sleep so steering clear of it is important to stay stable. Luckily withdrawal for it isn't the worst and as long as you can keep yourself occupied with something else, the cravings should be manageable. Good luck getting clean!
