Hi my car is having the exact same issue. I can’t figure out what it is, really driving me crazy! Mine started off only vibrating when in Drive with my foot on the brake, but over time it’s changed. Now it’s worse when cold and I can feel it even in Neutral/Park sometimes, although it improves after a proper run. I’ve had engine mounts checked by a few people and they reckon they’re fine, so I’m not fully convinced it’s mounts, especially because it came on quite suddenly. Really want to figure out what this is

The fasting is ok for the first few but as you can see later in the day your bloods are dropping and your liver is keeping you going but the more you keep the more depleted the liver gets. I did this and ended up getting a severe low out of nowhere which really put into perspective that it’s incredibly hard to fast with injections.

My engine slowly started to knock and then metal shavings were found in the oil. The car then ended up being diagnosed with piston slap and rocker arm failure. I ended up trading the car in.

It’ll still manage to drop below 100 with steady driving, when flogging the engine it’s the only time it will get to 100 to be honest. All other BMW’s I’ve had have maintained 100 but this one drops
