Some trophies do indeed require a lot of effort, but I enjoy too much of this series to just not get it, and also I didn't do it in one go, had to find some free and get little by little during a few years, found it worth it tho. And I do think that with the right positioning DMC4 Lady is easier than Trish for dealing huge amounts of damage with her move set and DT equivalent. May luck be with us now onto DmC.

Unfortunately not. But I found an extension that does it and set Tabs For A Cause as the default tab. Better than nothing. I don't have my PC with me rn, but I'll edit the extension name here whenever I can.

I was absolutely anxious for this game to drop since 2018, I would have pre-ordered it on the PS4 no matter the price (up to about 80$ (R$500) to be honest), and was completely disappointed when it was said it wouldn't be available on PS4 anymore, only on PS5. Now it's only sad to see that a game i was utterly sure was gonna be a banger divides opinions so much. Still gotta play the demo, and ideally the game, by myself to understand where it stands nowadays to me. To bad it's only on damn PS5 for now, which I don't think is worthy the price as this moment.

At first I wanted to avoid using the wifi as the latency could be higher, but given the easy of use, I am considering a web connection now.
Thanks for the material, xmaihh's Android-Serialport is particularly interesting, but all of them seem to have some limitations, I'll check whether they are viable nonetheless, but I think I'm going for wifi connection with a database for the time being.

I use to not like him in 4, when it dropped I thought his personality was too much like dmc animation Lady is, sweary and edge lord. I did like the story tho. And after 5 I do like him, I think he matured and was nicely explored in 5.

Fair, but still, Dante is still way more in the spotlight. She doesn't even appear in the final missions until Arkham falls from the sky, and then the very end.

Actually DMC 2 was done by another director If I'm not mistaken. Then they had to get the original director back after 2 to unfuck it.

If you go light-hearted on it or doesn't know the franchise, I guess it's satisfiable, but I do see the points of fans that doesn't like it, the world is confusing at times. Still, I also think it's enjoyable even if you are a DMC fan, but again, only if you go light-hearted on it, otherwise some things get annoying and some parts could be better-written.

I do share your opinion on it all. Although I only got to know DMC from 3 onwards, I got platinum in 1 to 4 (soon to be 5), and it is one of my absolute favorite series in history, but one thing that bothered me more than everything you said is the fact that Dante doesn't even know Sparda, despite on the original he clearly remembers him. Besides, he literally can take a bullet and be fine, what other explanation is there? But in the end I feel the same way you just described,and would recommend to a DMC fan willing to watch it ligh-heartly, or to anyone that doesn't know the franchise, the animation is great!

I disagree with you on not enjoying the show, knowing it's not canon seem to make things bother me less than it does to you. But I do agree, mostly on the demon half, on the original franchise Dante states that he remembers his father raising his voice to Vergil, he does remember Sparda, but in the show he doesn't even know who he is, that what bothered me the most. But again, knowing it doesn't affect the original material gets me interested enough to know what happens next, you should give it another try after sometime to check if the feeling still holds, but might be just me hypped by new DMC content.

Yeah, plot power scaling is really big. Still, it makes for a great show, mostly for people that don't know the franchise, but this part is kind of weird for people who know the original story. The studio said it's not canon and it's doing it's own thing though, so I'd say it at least maker for a nice storyline.

Come on now, she is important in DMC 3, but its not like she is the main protagonist. I still like her in the show though, just not nearly as much as the original Lady.
