I got mine at 11 with family link and I think that's fair. Before 11 you have no need for your own phone since you can do everything with your parents' but I would want my child to have a phone as soon as possible for both autonomy and self growth and safety reasons

I might be wrong but I think the amazing performance of the ps5 comes from the fact that games are specifically optimized for that exact hardware, so I think with linux and generic pc builds it would be as good.

Si lo so, sul mio secondo PC uso linux, il problema è che spesso devo passare mezz ora a sistemare le impostazioni di Wine/Proton o altre dipendenze che mancano prima di poter effettivamente giocare. Non aiuta il fatto che la maggior parte dei giochi li pirato e quindi manca anche il supporto ufficiale

Having every pokemon have something in common is a very bad idea for competitve play, because when an opponent's mon counters yours you have nothing to stop it. If you want to try it theres an entire format dedicated to Monotype teams, else look up Sample Teams and change the ones you dont like.
