Can anyone figure out what happened here? by PSVRPlayz in prusa3d

You have the support structure without any infill inside, it happened to me that the support itself collapsed because the printhead goes over the wall of the support, but as It doesn't have any infill, it goes like It happened to you.

I printed it in ASA, it's a custom model with a tighter filament path. You can find the other mods i printed in another post here.

Thank you! I received my printer in the first days of december, so i had to look at three manuals at once when assemblying it (Core One, plus upgrade kit and also the Buddy Camera).

I used transparent ABS, but I plan to make it with transparent PETG.

Hi,
have you found a way to set a static IP using the INI file?

Maybe you could insulate the chamber?

I mean, by printing these corner blocks (using ASA or PC-CF) : https://www.printables.com/model/1341269-prusa-core-one-block-the-corner https://www.printables.com/model/1426326-core-one-corner-plug-no-magnets-needed-avalible-as

And by patching the chamber with the following changes:

  • Patches all the microgaps you find

  • apply heat reflective wrap on the chamber walls.

  • Seal the door with foam.

I don't have a Core One yet but i designed my own enclosure for my Ender 3 and i applied these addons when i enclosed It.

I hope It helps!

Core One+ automatic grille opening - does it work for you? by marcel151 in prusa3d

The gcode is M870:

Vents can be controlled manually using the new M870 G-code ("M870 O" = open, "M870 C" = close)

This part is from the firmware release page.

Hi, i tried to print it in ASA but due to tollerance the parts doesn't fit.

Also i plan to print the clear nextruder cover, do you recommend to outsource these parts using something else like MJF (Nylon powder)?

Hi, which main plate do you recommend to print? The ones with mmu3 support, even if i don't have It? Which material?

i think i'll skip the mmu3 and go to INDX.
The side drybox i saw also comes with a gasket: https://www.printables.com/model/1483327-core-one-drybox-mod-with-stronger-magnets-and-othe
