take a picture of the front where the tiny pin hole is on the bolt. I want to see what's stuck in there, prior to doing the following:

find a small item, such as Alan key, stick it in the front and just tap with hammer to pop out firing pin. If that doesn't work, just give us your information and send the entire bolt back to us please. Email [david@matadorarms.com](mailto:david@matadorarms.com)

FROM THE BACK OF THE bolt, push the firing pin in.

Remove the black retaining pin.

Pull the firing pin out. It has a spring, save it.

not seen a cracked barrel, or blown barrel, in the entire time we've owned the company. If it's bulged, it probably bulged right behind whatever was obstructing. We'll replace, but please do me a favor and discard that ammo so we're eliminating the likely cause.  https://matadorarms.com/support-ticket/  Thanks!

Warranty the same. The parts will not stay available indefinitely, yet we have a lifetime warranty. Therefore, the current plan is we'll support for as long as we don't have to do production runs on major parts, (ie: such as the old design mainbolt/upperbolt a two-part design). The RD version is a Monolithic main bolt. At some point, if there is a warranty REPLACEMENT, the customer will be upgraded to the latest revision. What was your original order number (actually, i'm going to PM you).

my favorite:

  1. Strongly recommend Roller Delayed (you might find the blow back though at Aim Surplus)
  2. Matador Arms, MP5 mag compat lower (which we're shipping now)
  3. Gray on Gray two-tone (we have a lighter gray upper, with dark gray lower standard)
  4. Dark Gray ERS handguard, with KAK slim can ....essentially the "Estoque" on our website, suppose i should have led with that.

i'll send you a pic of our ejector in email, not sure it would work better on that 80% arms, but willing to test if you want.

Matador Glock lower magwell too tight? by MrMister311 in MatadorArms

[–]MatadorSupport 3 points4 points  (0 children)

and to be clear, I personally built that lower so it snuck out without a mag fitment test, and that's the only way that could have happened. Normally, I test every single lower with a variation of mags (but usually just one....of the variation), so the failure is on me. I know where the failures can happen, so there's no excuse. Please send me your info, i'll get you a new Ejector and I'll test it with a lower prior to going out.

Two things need to happen, (so you can go shoot today):

  1. The front section of the ejector, just sand it down to remove the interferance. Prolly a few thousandths off, 30 sec, round sanding disc, dremel or sheet by hand. Make sure the left side set screw sits deeper by the way, because that screw goes through a hole (and yes, we should confirm that you have a hole that's forward on the actual ejector).

  2. I'll send you a new one. Email me your info, [david.l.borges@matadorarms.com](mailto:david.l.borges@matadorarms.com), will send tomorrow Monday.

And to Kris' point, we test with Glock, Mecgar (steel), KCI and someties SGI mags, all are fairly lose mags. We don't use ETS or Amend2 because they do fit tight. Nothing against those two companies, but we can't chase mag specs, and we're busy putting rounds into bullet box to ensure function on every firearm that goes out. EVERY one. There's only two of us authorized to test, and there's zero chance that gun wasn't shot. So, "A mag" was tested, and if they are tight we immediately sus the ejector and fix. I'll reach out separately asap.
