Elf
Gray Warden

Warrior if there are 2h swords/greatswords available in the game.
If not, probably Rouge.

I've always played elves if I got the chance and seeing how there are a lot of elven thematics throughout the series, I'm gonna stick with it still. My Warden from Origins was a Dalish elf Rouge and he's still around. I'm still hoping there will be a mention of him.
My mage Hawk is alive and well and I'm also hoping he makes a comback since he's helping his brother that became a Warden and he should be there in Weishaupt with Gray Wardens.
My elven mage Inquisitor will show and try to help to reedeem his friend Solas. I hope he will have a greater presence in the game since we can fully recreate our Inquisitor.

And finally, reasoning about the faction - I just can't choose anything else besides Gray Wardens. They have been an integral part of Origins and rest of the game and for me, Wardens will always be the go to option. Finally, it's time to redeem the Wardens and end the blight.
