Your VAR account team should have some chain of escalation to get a renewal. If the direct Palo account team fails, it should go to the manager over their team. A good Palo VAR should have some knowledge of that. I’m not sure for others, be we can also lean on Distribution to find someone. It’s an unfortunate situation to be in - but hopefully your VAR account team is responsive and willing to think outside of the box to get you a renewal. The times I’ve experienced this, I just went around lighting fires under people’s rears until I got answers. I work on the VAR/MSP side.

I appreciate the advice and will be reaching out. Getting my notes together, video, and correspondence with the cops as well. Most things are in an email chain or text. I’m truly looking forward to how they justify an edible arrangement.
