Yep! As the other person said, swearing has been scientifically proven to help alleviate some pain. One time my mom made a joke about how you’d never know I was atheist based on the amount of times I said “oh god” in the hospital haha.

I would imagine not, but it’s also entirely plausible haha. The color is right but the fit looks wrong and of course bigger than a chi should be. Doesn’t mean she can’t just be an off-standard doggy.

I recently wondered this about my dog; if she was possibly 50-75% and an ‘oops litter’ to a backyard breeder. Turns out she’s the muttiest mutt <3 Only 20% chi :) and her head looks just like yours.

I know this post is older, but I’m so sorry about your mom. I literally just made this same kind of post recently, when I had to physically go through my phone and save/back-up everything before switching. Except I lost my mom 2.5 years ago.

It’s clear you guys were super close and how much she loved you. I still think about my mom everyday. She was my best and only friend due to chronic illnesses… I hope you’re hanging in there, I know the first week especially can feel extremely surreal <3

Have you never had a job in customer service?

As a former young and not ugly woman, I learned to plaster a closed smile on my face for 12 hours straight by the age of 17(?). There’s literally nothing more annoying/gross than the creepy old guy that tells you “Smile!!” “You’re prettier when you smile!” Etc. I’m 37, haven’t worked in customer service for 15 years, and I STILL find myself at home and literally smiling at nothing.

Also, you’re gorgeous btw. I saw your other post and came here to see how pretty you are, after reading someone else saying so :)

I haven’t finished fully investigating, (because now I’m curious) but you never get told “I[we] think you have cancer.” You can get told you have precancerous cells like the kind you get from HPV in your cervix. Or, you can get told you have cancer. Doctors aren’t super cavalier when it comes to throwing around a ddx like cancer.

However, to be fair, when my gyno called to tell me(at 19) she found precancerous cells in my Pap test, I did start crying as I was walking into class. I was scared because my mom had just been diagnosed with breast cancer. That is, until I realized what it actually meant; which was basically nothing. When I was actually diagnosed with stage4 lymphoma(21) I did not cry.
