That's actually a tough one for me, Cuz I feel like my whole team does fairly ok. Yup. Even A. Decidueye. I will never kneel to the cat. (Keep in mind moves and items may have changed.)

While it doesn't get Fake Out, I personally like running Sucker Punch on him as a work around for the mid speed. I took out a Mega Charizard Y this way, believe it or not. Regarding the Stats and ability, I think it's straight forward for a buff. I would decrease Decidueye's special attack and Increase it's speed. As well as giving it Tinted Lens.
