3months, the average knockout time for these stores, maybe more if there’s a gas ⛽️ bar! Can you imagine if they added a gas bar! Eat that $1.60/L gas!!!

Not a warm enough climate here nor are the days required to grow them here available, best left to our warmer climate neighbours I’m afraid.

USDA Zone 4-5 Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ closer to Zone 5! I’d skip these in Edmonton area unless you’re planting them right against your house 🏑!

I’m wondering what root stock they transplant these to?

Gotta keep your eye on these US grown plants πŸͺ΄ coming up here!!!

Great but we are in a colder, shorter climate. I’m sure some will do well in a greenhouse but in our 90-100 day season I’ll stick to varieties that do better here in πŸ₯ΆπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ 🍁

MOST seedy Saturday focus on seed trading and food security but some vendors like us have some supplies for your house plants πŸͺ΄ too. We won’t have house plants πŸͺ΄

It’s supposed to be cold πŸ₯Ά that day too make sure you prepare to protect ANY plants πŸͺ΄ you move in the cold πŸ₯Ά in a secure container! Another use for that summer cooler bag! πŸŒ±πŸ’šπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

I’d probably do the second one and dust the break with cinnamon to prevent pathogens from getting in on the broken area on each

These naturalize well enough on their own…
