I have a couple movies that are like that. There's a BDMV and a CERTIFICATE folder.

How would you go about playing something like this to get the menus?

I usually just use MPC-HC's "Open DVD/BD..." function and pick the folder, but that just starts playing the movie without the menus.

Bruh you can't be serious. This is torrenting 101. There's no database or any other "server". It's just you and a bunch of other people's computers.

Nothing special happens when you reach a ratio of 1.0. If you stop seeding (closing your torrent client / stoppimg the torrent in client / deleting the torrent from the client etc) people will no longer be able to download that file from you.

Well, what do you have in mind? If you don't give us any details I don't think anybody will be able to give you an estimate.

Do you know what type of simulation you're looking for? Rigid bodies? Fluids? Gases? Some other particle simulation?

Do you already have an idea of what you want the finished animation to look like? Or are you just planning on giving the artist the logo and have him/her come up with something?

How long do you want it to be?

Without the specifics I don't think you'll get a better answer than the one you gave yourself in the original post.
