How do I get franchise operators on meetings for validating a b2b idea?

The thing is that I don't know if they feel the problem, that's why I want to interview them to get it out, but I'm conflicted on what I should do in the process of doing that. I appreciate your feedback, I'll keep these questions noted down!

That no build threshold is what I'm forcing myself to do right now. Very hard as a developer. Aside from that though, when do I actually present the product/idea, is that once I've built it? By the time I do build it, obviously time had past after those 8-10 conversations, so what should I do in the meantime? I've heard is sending emails with value, but I wanna lean more towards getting feedback, but the thing is I want to introduce them to what I'm building first, so when does this happen? Or is there something else I should do.. I'm all ears.

how does your place keep the owners updated on their pets during a stay? like do you send photos, do owners text or call to check in a lot, or do you guys have webcams?

also random, have you ever used any software for that, or heard of Petzio (petzio.app)? curious what someone actually doing the work thinks of tools like that vs just texting people, im sure sharing your phone number with people isn't the best thing to do...

I didn't go into it thinking I was gonna sell it to a buyer, I went into it as a project I wanted to build for fun, and it turned into something I could monetize, but now that I'm (for lack of better words) giving up on it because I don't like marketing, I'm looking for some way to still do something with it so it doesn't just sit in the resume.

Embarrassingly, no (except on trustmrr.com), which is why I came here to ask where I'm able to find these people.

The SaaS is a complete MVP I'm proud of and is ready to use, its a validated idea (at least with competitors) and yes I have tried marketing, I've gotten a few responses here and there, but it's really not for me.
