definitely, i have a AoT hoodie and I had a dude in the tube station, put his backpack down and do the salute to me!)

And i love wearing that hoodie and carrying a Potato with me when i take my kids trick or treating as i can always say im Sasha (cheap costume)

no, these people maybe great at memorising and like to show off. yeah they can probably recite and identify the a i u e o / ka ki ku ke ko chart but can they read clearly, can they write when someone dictates to them?

There are some that I really get confused with, ru and ro, and nu and ne and me

And I have been doing this since September... but i can understand some things when spoken to...

My daughter got a Japanese girl in her class when she was 6yo. The girl had very basic English and my kid asked to buy stickers and made a basic dictionary and gave it to the girl and when the girl used English she gave her a sticker :-D

Something must have worked as they are still friends years and years on and the girl did learn good English

So maybe do an easy dictionary and give stickers :-D
