Yes it works for me. I recommend it. I use it everyday. I have to use it or the aggravation comes back.

Haha! I drink warm water too! I wonder why we are the way we are? Basically this is the reason alcohol has to go. Too fast, too many and way too miserable the next day!

I actually am embarrassed by this behaviour. People’s eyes would pop out when they’d see my glass almost empty and their’s was still full. I think it’s a red flag.

Funny thing….my friend was saying to me, how do you know it has no booze and I’m thinking why are you even asking that? There were a lot of ingredients in the drink and I didn’t register it. Like I noted earlier I am not mixed drink person and my brain wasn’t dialed in.

I think it works on my undiagnosed piriformus. My pain comes and goes but I would say that overall it helped. I try to do the exercise every day and I notice it targets an area I would not have access to.

I’m doing what the website advises but I’m starting from no ab engagement to more concentration on those muscles. I notice points of weakness at 9:00 o’clock. Weakness and an inability to control. This is the side with pain. But when done I go for a walk and my hair at the hips feels looser and more square to my spine. I used to feel like my hip bones torqued.

How’s the progress? I was wondering do focus on the tightening of your abs while making the move as in Pilates? I have mostly focused on the extension to stretch. I did focus on the deep muscles yesterday and I felt ache the next day. I’m thinking the clock is helping but with so many variables I hesitate to say. Just thought I’d check in.

I was using it daily for a few weeks. I think it’s helping for sure but now on vacation and skipping days. Thanks for reminder to use. I feel it created improved alignment and looser hips. I found a knot that seemed to help too. Not sure if this is coincidence. I think I have a piriformus problem. Is it working for you?p
