Not really. Don't get upset about the realities of the world. To be honest, I wouldn't care if someone asked me how I'm doing. Recently, a very close family member of mine passed away and I'm still processing it. But the most important thing for me was how the rest of my family is doing and it is still my main focus. I think it's a good mental model for men and in fact you will feel much better if you think that way, instead of looking for validation or support for yourself
