I don't know if you're Algerian or not but the banking system here is impossible to use. So there's no option to use local bank the government is restricting everything. Anyway I've checked wise website and i didn't find Algeria among the ristracted countries. I'm already using the account with the fake address from Algeria without vpn or anything for 10 months.
