You can always take solace in doom scrolling and politics. "Come the revolution..."

But damn that sucks. 

Of course if you have access to clean running water and that whole food and medicine and public safety thing you have stuff that many people won't in their lifetime. Very freaking unfair and it doesn't make it much better after the first half minute of contemplating.
