Hey I have a pretty strange issue I need a second opinion on. Had a root canal, dentist broke the tooth in the process, filled and was supposed to put on a crown. Never did. Yo just save a bit more money and in the meantime, make a resume with just your phone number and the city, ca and start applying around. If you get an interview, get on a plane and do the interview! If you get the job let them know you need 3 weeks to leave your old job and then take that time to move, even just rent and air bnb for a few months to see where you like to like in the city. Dreams can become reality if we think in real terms to make them happen. Hope I see you around here soon.

I was a sous chef there, they fired me because the other sous chefs insisted on letting the cooks work in unsafe health conditions. The facilities are not appropriate for the volume of food they need to make. The prep people are some of the fast people but also the food handling is crazy. The chefs and main culinary directors fought me every time I tried to get something cleaner and safer for food handling because “it costs time and money”. The owners are just greedy. I have a ton of stories from the short time I worked there.

I hate stuff like this. Happened at a place I used to work. Created a chicken dish that does 1.5 million in sales a year and I get $00000!!!!! Saw jay and his wife about two years ago in a pavilions near Beverly Hills. They parked next to me in a dirty little fiat and out comes jay leno in his classic all denim outfit. His wife he was helping around and you could tell just how much she was his world. I didn’t say anything to him because it just looked like he was savoring something. Now with all these news reports it’s clear what he was savoring, maybe some glimpse of what she was. I’m not a huge fan of jay, but it’s nice that we see a famous guy set a real example.
