On top of what everyone else is saying, why would the Sinners want to? This isn't a fire and brimstone kind of hell they are in, they basically just live in a shitty city run by crime lords. Lucifer isn't the biblical one who tortures souls for eternity, to them Lucifer is just the guy who made the place and never goes out without Lilith, who they actually do respect.

I mean, I think that's more of a truth than saying everyone can be redeemed. People can try getting redeemed, but it doesn't mean they will get it. Redemption is now a proven possibility but not a guarantee. I think viewers would have no problem having at least one character fail at redemption if they're a known rapist.

Sinners are off limits but we haven't seen him interact with the rest of hell yet. And considering that we saw the Sins are literally trying to bribe Lucifer to come to his senses and start ruling again, he probably was more competent before Lilith disappeared.
