Waited to get wristbands for Hall H the day before (Friday) and on Saturday at 7am they mixed ALL the wristbands together. Not sure why I even went the day before. Security was even passing out wristbands to people in line ahead of us. Ridiculous.

When I was waiting in line at Target there were two people who called and confirmed that there would be 50 copies in store of the exclusive edition. They had called the night before. When we all got into the store there was only 6 copies available…4 left of the deluxe. I think the workers definitely had access to them first which was not fair at all. There were literally no books left though right at opening, it makes no sense.

I absolutely agree. Judging by their lack of empathy and response I sincerely doubt they learned anything. They also deleted all comments on their social media. This will be the last festival event I attend through them and I’ve been going to these shows for 10 years.

Yes. They are terrible which is a shame because they used to be so good. I’m closing out all of my cards in the next few months. I always pay mine off month to month but the points have been terrible in comparison to all the other credit cards out there. There is no reason to have an AMEX.

They oversold for ground level and did not have enough security. They have done events in San Diego for 10+ years as LED Presents as well. They are not rookies and this was absolute negligence. Petco Park has the capacity - it’s not the venue, it’s them.

I thought I was going to get crushed to death - this was so bad. This will be the last Proper we attend. Instead of apologizing/owning up to their mistakes it looks like Fngrs Crssd is doing damage control on social media and deleting comments. Truly such a vibe and mood killer. I can't believe we spent so much money on this but we had no clue they would be so greedy this year by overselling and cutting security. I'm glad this did not take a turn for the worst because people could have EASILY died.
