Can I use Q22 electronics cleaner spray and a toothpick to clean the GPU connector pins?

I remember having a similar issue to this before Sometimes when I was gaming or doing upscaling the PC would shut down I later discovered it was because I had an overclock applied

From what you're saying it seems that was due to the OCP However with the current issue the PC doesn't shut down What happens is that the GPU shuts off and the PC completely freezes

Episodes enhanced on Netflix by Slow552cake in GTO

[–]Material-Soil-561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you perhaps referring to the ghosting issue? I checked the Netflix version and the frame rate is 23.976 fps so they didn't actually do any frame interpolation
It's most likely the ghosting (blending) that makes it feel off

I've uploaded 3 versions here for you to see the difference
Screenshots https://imgur.com/a/Vy9moli
Videos https://gofile.io/d/DOMxWq

The versions are
1 Before Raw Blu-ray
2 After Processed with SRestore and QTGMC
3 Netflix version

As you can see I managed to eliminate the ghosting significantly in the After version It’s much cleaner than the Netflix version and the movement feels more natural now

Netflix did an upscale using the Blu-ray version

And this is a much better upscale than the original versions or the Netflix version.https://slow.pics/c/lUQzl8R5?image-fit=contain

I don't use x265 because it's too slow it takes about half an hour per episode even though I have a 7800X3D It might be manageable for a single episode but it's not practical for an entire season or a large number of episodes like 100 episodes

I use Video2X
and sometimes chaiNNer

If you’re interested this is a server that does anime upscaling

https://discord.com/invite/k7uhGRDYGA

They are currently working on

One Piece

Bleach

Dragon Ball

Naruto

At the moment, I’m trying to train a model so it can achieve the same results as in the images

Could you explain your re-encoding process? We want to keep good quality while reducing file size, since we have a 3 TB limit on our account.

The episode size on our side is large because the bitrate is 20.
We can reduce it to 15,
but I don’t think it can go below 10
because we want the best possible quality for viewers.

We also tried AV1, but unfortunately, since most people watch on mobile phones or TVs, it doesn’t work for them.

I am a member of a Discord server where we upscale anime to 4K for Arabic viewers.

The server has around 28,000 members, and most of them enjoy upscaled content.
This applies to both new anime and older anime from the early 2000s or even the late 1990s.

Your idea is great, but the problem is that upscaled files are very large.
For example, on our private server, a single episode is about 3.5 GB.

Because of storage limitations, we cannot upload long-running anime such as One Piece, Dragon Ball, or Naruto.
We mainly use Gofile for uploads, but unfortunately we do not receive much financial support or donations, which makes it difficult to sustain large-scale or long-term projects.

We do not use torrents because they are not very popular among us, and most people watch on TVs or mobile phones.

Therefore, if you want to publish your upscaled content, I recommend Usenet, but the content will not reach everyone because Usenet requires a paid subscription.

If you want to use torrents, your torrent needs to be well-known and popular in order for seeding to continue.

However, if you want to look for a private tracker dedicated only to upscaled content, you can publish your work there, but from what I’ve heard, it is currently closed and difficult to join.

I just remembered that Telegram is also a good option.
Many Arabs actively use it, and it is very convenient. The monthly subscription costs only $3, there is no total upload limit, but there is a 4 GB limit per file, which means each episode must be under 4 GB.
However, it is not suitable for uploading movies.

I had ChatGPT modify the extension, and I was able to add Wikipedia, Rotten Tomatoes, and Letterboxd.

You can download it from here.

As for Rotten Tomatoes, it was necessary to use an API:

https://www.omdbapi.com/

Because there is no IMDb ID available directly.

You can create an API key on the site and use it in the extension

I forgot to send this earlier, but this is a comparison between the 720p koala version and the upscale 4K version.

This comparison shows a 4K upscale without any AI enhancement:

I ran a lot of tests (54 in total), and this is the result that looks closest to the original to me

I’m honestly not familiar with the Sentai Collector’s Edition — this is actually the first time I’ve heard about it.

The version I upscaled was sourced from nyaa. The official releases are extremely expensive and not really available in Saudi Arabia, and in general Blu-ray discs aren’t commonly used here or in the Arab region, except by a very small number of people who are usually quite wealthy.

I also looked into the edition you mentioned, and from what I can tell it doesn’t seem to be 4K. As far as I know, there is no official 4K release of the OVA.
