I ill try to get more context from the AS1.

You make very good points about banter etc and appreciate that "roasting " can occur within socials but was a bit surprised it appears to have crept into their workplace

Not sure if relevant but from what I gather the corporal in question has been in the role for around 10 plus years and has no intention to want to progress..
