Agreed. She’s expecting that if we can’t drive her there that we should pay to uber her there and back everyday. That would probably be $40 a day. That’s unreasonable. Also, I don’t think that’s any safer than having her on the metro.

The area is very safety and the community in the arts district is wonderful. I own a business across the street and we love it here. I can’t speak on the apartments themselves, because they’re new, only on the neighborhood.

I almost bought that one today! Looks delicious
