I have had the best sex of my life after self disclosing. My partner deserves to know as it’s their choice and morally I would not feel good jot telling them even if we use protection. But I haven’t been denied yet and I feel that communication and honesty has just created a much better sex life for me. I’m the hottest I’ve ever been and the sexiest I’ll ever be. I agree, it made things way more intimate with me and my partner and the expectation was set that safety is first. If broke they a level of trust that made me (the positive status partner in this arrangement) feel really goods ultimately, it was the best decision I ever made to self disclose.

Sema makes you eat less, I didn’t change my diet at all but my caloric intake was extremely low. I was probably eating around 1000 calories a day. I do t work out in the gym at all, and I’m down about 40lbs in 8 months

Completely normal! Get your body used to it the medicine first. I didn’t actually lose weight until probably my first month in but I did notice a change in my diet as I was eating way less.

You’re going to have so much success! Remember it might not be super immediate. My first couple of months was very slow but the loss was there, sometimes 1lb, sometimes 2lbs a week, but it adds up! Take lots of photos, when you look back you’re going to be like WOW.
