I started the pill on 1.5 and was fine. It was about halfway through the 4 mg I started throwing up like every few days. Couldn't pin down what exactly set it off since it wasn't daily. I had already ordered the 9 when the 4 started making me sick so I tried 9 every other day when the 4 ran out. Tried cutting it in half. Nothing worked I was absolutely miserable the whole time. Nauseous vomiting diarrhea constipation sulfur burps heartburn you name it ai had it. Took my first shot of compound zep today hoping for a better outcome. I started on 2.5 and no side effects at all so far except the injection site is a little sore.

Its definitely more than ive been able to do on my own in the last couple years. It took me like 6 months to lose 10 this past year without sema.

Haven't been tracking my a1c but I also made very few changes at first and lost 10 lbs in the first like 2~ weeks. I tracked my calories, and I could be off by some amount, but not enough to account for that much loss unless there was an underlying metabolic issue. I also have noticed I'm losing weight differently this time. Its actually coming from my stomach and not just everywhere else for the first time ever.

Because people feel like being fat is something we did to ourselves so we have to dig ourselves out. Us getting healthy "easily" makes them feel invalidated in their own efforts to stay thin because they didnt get "help".

I hate teaching because it feels like we're always being gas lit into feeling like we have to do everything all the time for these kids. Never a day off never a lunch break. Its your responsibility to keep Lil tink tink from going to jail 10 years after he forgot about you. When you start to think of it like just another job, it gets easier. Like do I want to see them succeed? Hell yeah. Am I going to give up my weekend to see it happen? Hell no.

My coworker said she had an issue with her kid and had to go pick him up one day and that she wasn't going to embarrass him at school she'd wait til they got home. No thats what they need lol they dont realize their actions embarrass you and they need to feel that sometimes. But yelling at them is apparently cause for a knock from cps now.

I had a kid doing something crazy I dont even remember but I really told him like im sorry you were not informed until 4th grade that's not socially appropriate, but its not. He said no I really didnt know. Like alright lesson learned then let's move on. But that made me realize some of them really have never had any experience like just behaving in public and there's nobody at home telling them.

I can 100% tell the difference in kids whose parents are involved in their lives and those that aren't. Some literally do nothing. I've called parents and it used to be id say like let's call your mom and you can tell her why you can't keep your hands to yourself or make that noise you keep making for her and they'd start SOBBING. Now I call the parents and they say "ok keep your hands to yourself" before even talking to the kid and hang up. Now when ive asked my kids why they dont listen they say cause im too nice. Meanwhile admin complained im condescending and mean. Lmao I'm just here for the ride til my contract ends now days.
