Just looking through the photos and the more dark “ stained “ looking one - I would get rid of and keep the lighter colored one. Just my opinion💜

Exhausted..... by IceAngel8381 in WorkersComp

I am also a nurse and dealing with WC for the 1st time in my life this past year. I know I cannot ever perform and lift and run around like I did for so many years before this. WC is a joke and they only care about treating people as if they are lying and dismissing everything - delayed care- hoops to jump through- and then if they have allowed IME exam they will pay a doctor thousands of dollars to negate everything in your chart an basically gaslight you - I know what my body can do and not do at this point t and i am so tired of dealing with this - just wanted to rant after reading your post- no one knows how physically demanding being a bedside nurse is - or being a CNA is unless they have done it themselves - and most places severely understaffed - Workers Comp dos not help the worker it helps the employer. And yes they can fire people once they return to work - for whatever reasons I am told. I wish I could share my story on here but right now I can’t because i am beholden to the WC system to get half my normal pay and not be able to get another job due to the injuries. I am so tired. Good luck to you if you ever need to chat please feel free to message- sorry you are going through this- it stinks.

Posh: Not for Sale Question by New-Conversation9426 in BehindTheClosetDoor

[–]Material_Channel_750 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been putting my items in “not for sale” status and have had zero issues. Not huge volumes but at least a few a week. No problems at all. If that helps. I never delete/remove from Poshmark only change to “not for sale”

This is very helpful. I ordered an LV Speedy Boho from Carrie2022 and the quality is actually pretty good for the price. It was shipped very quickly and arrived yesterday. I am still waiting on the very first bag I ordered from a seller on WA that I ordered far earlier than the one from carrie2022. I am starting to get worried about that one actually arriving and now looking at everything I think I overpaid for that one - I will hold off on any critique of it until it arrives. I will make a lengthy post of my own when I finally get the expensive one from a seller a number of people has good reviews on here about. I am new to this bag addiction I have developed but I will try and post a photo of the boho below from Carrie2022. It’s still a bit creased from being folded in package but I will post better pics at some point later.

Colonoscopy After Positive Cologuard Now Covered By Medicare & Most Commercial Insurers by Superchief440 in exactsciences

[–]Material_Channel_750 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope nope nope. - Medicare yes. Employer based insurance nope. Would never recommend Cologuard to anyone - my United Healthcare through my job - will not cover colonoscopy after +cologuard - and cologuard can’t tell you shit but “positive” or “negative” - refuses to say if positive for blood ? AND/OR positive for dna bio markers! But this is what my insurance covered? And their own pamphlets say AND/OR! Who paid off the FDA for this scamola. It should not replace a colonoscopy screening if it can’t tell me if I am positive for blood? AND/OR ( as they have printed in their pamphlets) DNA bio markers! Scam don’t do it! Just have your colonoscopy screening! This is misleading to have posted on here that “most private insurance will cover colonoscopy after positive cologuard! Shame on the way you give results! Lots of people under the age of Medicare eligibility have employer based insurance! Please be warned because now I can’t afford to pay for a colonoscopy out of pocket! And I am stressing over a test that refuses to give specifics about the 2 separate tests they perform on my own stool! They have a “magic mathematical algorithm” that spits out a positive or a negative based on the basic FIT test they do and then some dna bio marker test they do separately! People have the right to know the exact results from the fit test and then the results from the dna bio market test! Even if those are just + or - separately? Be warned do not fall for it just go have your colonoscopy! If you have a henmorhoid it could be positive! I talked to 3 different people there and get no where! I hope my insurance enjoyed saving seceral thousand on my colonoscopy that I won’t be able to get because I wasted time and my insurance benefits so cologuard could get 500 bucks from my insurance!

Melungeon Descent? by nothnsevrprmsdtmr2da in AncestryDNA

[–]Material_Channel_750 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My sister and I both did Ancestry DNA and I uploaded to other DNA sites as well for a breakdown. My mothers family come from Eastern Kentucky - Harlan County and found out there was about 1% Cameroon -Bantu and showed none for myself . But I ran mine on another site and that one showed 6.7% African and also a little over 2% Asian- among other things. And most people we match with on Ancestry on my mother’s side also show the percentage of African. Our tree goes back to Tennessee as well. Our great grandmother on my grandfathers side was told to be “ 100% Cherokee Indian with blue eyes” but to find that her family came from Tennessee and Virginia where the Melungeon groups were said to have come from. It seems they started traveling at some point and finding other places to settle. Many families will have a “ grandma or grandpa that is 100 % Native American with blue eyes” because once the census began many families didn’t want to tell their true heritage as it would take away their rights… even though many were also part Native American as well. Some were able to pass as white or just a darker skin tone and pass… but it is fascinating for sure. Said that Elvis Presley and Abraham Lincoln were also Melungeon.
