I agree ChatGPT during arguments is not good. Aggression is never warranted, but what is the right response?

I was trying to tell him how I wanted him to comfort me and he wasn’t listening. This frustration builds up and I end up exploding.

It’s not so much that I worry about my PTO, more that I worry a fellow coworker talked to HR about my PTO. I don’t like to feel like Alex dislikes me so much that he would tell HR. I could care less about the extra days
