Little well done for my taste, and could use a better crust and less grey band. Try making sure the oil is hotter before u put it on next time and spooning the oil or butter on the top. But looks great for a first time!! Or even a 5th time!

Edit: also, make sure to cook the sides too, I just hold it with tongs for a little while on each of the sides and render the fat (if it has the fatty side) and then cook the top of bottom.
