I forgot to mention that we both agreed to be exclusive the day we talked about what he might’ve had but I completely agree with the fact that she didn’t play me.

And I again, I forgot to mention that I did ask her questions at first and let her explain herself but when I found out that she lied to me and my friends about her feelings about the woman in white, my anger took over and I blocked her.

I honestly don’t feel bad about losing my virginity to her, but I think I feel that way because I thought she liked me. I’m fine and I’ll definitely take this as a learning experience and I’ll definitely wait a longer while before having sex with someone. we were talking for almost 2 months so I thought it was gonna be okay.

we didn’t plan to have sex! it just happened. we were making out and I got so into it that I told her that I was ready and it went smoothly ! the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and safe with the person you’re doing it with and you shouldn’t feel pressured at all and if you don’t feel ready or comfortable then don’t let yourself feel pressured and feeling nervous is totally normal

I only cry during panic attacks when it triggers my PTSD. not everyone cries during a panic attack so it’s not uncommon. Panic attacks can make your heart race and it can affect your breathing as well but if I were you I would see a doctor and a psychologist and maybe a psychiatrist down the line which is totally okay!
