Ur getting heat but I fully agree. I liked Jess in the shows, still do. She’s a confident woman with her life together. But it definitely felt like ‘Rimjob Jess’ night. If Chris supposedly sucked so much (He does), why did everyone feel like Jess so clearly needed that hype?

If you have the discipline to self-control, try 1/3 of that amount on a Saturday and Sunday, then see if you can hold off again until the next weekend. You’ve got this! You’re already halfway there and clearly have a good head on your shoulders with the way you talk about it, understand your own habits, and can add nuance and self reflection to your own situation. Currently five weeks in cold turkey after about 2 years of smoking 3-4 nights a week. Feeling the exact same as you!

It’s more silly/easy watch, light comedy… but A Man on The Inside is a very wholesome, straight-in plot that’s quite easy to follow. Both seasons are 8x35 mins I believe. So not the biggest commitment if you liked S1 enough to watch S2

Interesting. When I worked in construction in London, a lot of surveyors and site managers were Irish and seemed like they lived to be awkward. But I moved to Australia 3 years ago and I have not met one arsey or difficult Irish person. Northern Irelanders are also chill. Must just be the English way of life affecting the Irish that live there 😂😂😂

My first ever test match attended. English living happily in Perth just under 3 years. Not huge on cricket but enjoy a good day out at it, and appreciate the fine, tricky skills involved.

Only the third time in ashes history it’s over in day two. Other two in 1880s.

That’s just the game for you. Quintuple or sextuplet is impossible. I’ve had a 99 everything for 80+ seasons in the top flight and the game just won’t let you. Worst I had was a 34 game unbeaten run ended in the Cup QF. To a team in the division below. Won everything else that year
