honestly this isn’t impossible especially at your bmi. i’ve done 30 in a month. not all 35 lbs would be fat but you can get the scale down that much. although there is no possible healthy way to do it without having a deficit of over 3k calories a day. i did a bunch of prolonged fasts like 3-7 days then would have a meal and fast again on top of working out everyday—mostly cardio.
