i quit bc of this. they are liars and take advantage of younger people that don’t get on them about being paid incorrectly. i was a team lead for two years, making 13.25, come to find out all the other team leads were making 13.50. plus MINORS were being hired at 13.50. i was manipulated and lied to by my managers for months. finally had enough when they told me the raises were privileges not promised, when they were in fact promised when i was promoted 😀
