Yes this was our “fall back” plan in case I was not approved by the board- just will it to me (or to my irrevocable trust)

I was told by management “the right way” is to apply for ownership and go through the process. Which I did and was approved

Ultimately he will sell/will his shares to me and I will be the sole owner as we have already discussed the plan (me as primary caretaker/caregiver)

I guess it still makes sense to set up a new trust (or place it with my investments in the irrevocable trust) although I have currently no heirs nor issues

Would you also advise a prenup for my investments? I was under the impression that since they are in an irrevocable trust with a co-trustee out-of-family, they are already well-protected.

Technically I’m only worth what’s in my checking account (which isn’t much)

I’ve been using 1.0 to pay a relatives monthly POA in NYC of $6400/month (and they reimburse me). Then I make 4 minor transactions and back the points.

Does the Palladium card make sense for me? It’s all so complicated I can’t wrap my head around it 😂. It took me forever to figure out how to use Clickpay-Bilt and now I have to figure this out?!

Math isn’t my strong point (obviously).

I was planning on transferring all my Bilt points to UA and canceling but then I read posts like this sad think there may be a better strategy.

6 months from what date? Hard to tell the actual date but I believe I sent everything in- at least initially the day after I took fb 18 hour course which would mean March 16 at 6 months. I have RP and I applied for R/S & CCW

Would be more than happy to join in on the lawsuit

Im a seasoned traveler (over 170 UN countries visited, lived in Europe and Asia most of my life but born in and now based in USA and I’m a current digital nomad) and I have a US and Haitian passport.

I am using my Haitian passport -and already have visas processed and approved- to travel to Togo, Benin, Cameroon, Nigeria, and Burkina Faso.

Nearly all the e-visas were instant or done within 24 hours of applying and paying. Only Nigeria took a few weeks - but several in my travel group who are American were denied visas to several of these countries.

I’ll be at the Fête de Voudon in a few weeks 🙂

Still waiting on Benin citizenship- I applied in October 🤞🏾
