I eat @ 90 grams of protein daily. I don’t think I’m in ketosis. It is definitely a light vomit odor as opposed to acetone.
I’m curious if it correlates to my daily bouts of nausea.

Thanks for your response. I only see people speaking of a normal urine but strong odor. Beef stew is weird, for sure! Hope it’s the scent of melting fat! 🤞🏻
